About FINCA DEL NUNCA JAMÁS
In the heart of the Uco Valley, surrounded by organic vineyards and with stunning views of the Andes, the winery belongs to a family with four generations dedicated to winemaking.
This boutique winery combines tradition and state-of-the-art technology, overseeing every stage of the process, from vineyard selection to aging in French oak barrels.
The family’s history began in the late 19th century, when the great-grandparents emigrated from Spain and Italy. Aracelis, originally from Málaga, started cultivating vines with her children, and later Francisco Hinojosa became a pioneer in the Uco Valley, building one of the first family wineries in the region.
Today, the fourth generation continues the legacy with organic vineyards, agroecological practices, and a modern boutique winery that also welcomes wine tourism. Each bottle reflects a story of passion, dedication, and love for the land.
